The NORGIN in its most exclusive, noble form: This is our Barrel Aged NORGIN, which was stored for 5 weeks in a champagne barrel of the grape variety Pinot Meunier. A very special process in which the gin acquires its rich, red-gold color and is refined with the full, fruity aroma of champagne. The gentle distillation in the steam-infusion process and the maturation thereby ensure a unique, complex bouquet. The smell of this fine gin is soft, slightly woody and beautifully fruity. Through the aging process, the gin has exchanged a little of its sharpness for flavors of fruity cherry and anise. In the finish, the Nordic character of the NORGIN comes through again strongly; then the woody note of the barrel gently lays over it. 46% vol. at filling and a comparatively short aging time preserve the intense character of our NORGIN with the salty Queller, which convinces with 44% vol. after storage. The tasting will be moderated by our son Daryn, who plays a major role in NORGIN behind the scenes and has now even released his first, own creation with the NORGIN Cherry & Mint. He will guide you through a relaxed evening and a total of 4 NORGIN cocktails in a relaxed, authentic way and with a lot of know-how. The tasting will take place online on Dec. 30, 2022 from 7 p.m. - approximately 8:30 p.m. and will be moderated live. We will send you the access data and final information about the online tasting a few days before the tasting to the e-mail address you enter when ordering. If the minimum number of 10 participants is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the tasting. In that case, we will gladly offer you an alternative date or refund the ticket price in full. The NORGIN in its most exclusive, noble form: This is our Barrel Aged NORGIN, which was stored for 5 weeks in a champagne barrel of the grape variety Pinot Meunier. A very special process in which the gin acquires its rich, red-gold color and is refined with the full, fruity aroma of champagne. The gentle distillation in the steam-infusion process and the maturation thereby ensure a unique, complex bouquet. The smell of this fine gin is soft, slightly woody and beautifully fruity. Through the aging process, the gin has exchanged a little of its sharpness for flavors of fruity cherry and anise. In the finish, the Nordic character of the NORGIN comes through again strongly; then the woody note of the barrel gently lays over it. 46% vol. at filling and a comparatively short aging time preserve the intense character of our NORGIN with the salty Queller, which convinces with 44% vol. after storage. The tasting will be moderated by our son Daryn, who plays a major role in NORGIN behind the scenes and has now even released his first, own creation with the NORGIN Cherry & Mint. He will guide you through a relaxed evening and a total of 4 NORGIN cocktails in a relaxed, authentic way and with a lot of know-how. The tasting will take place online on Dec. 30, 2022 from 7 p.m. - approximately 8:30 p.m. and will be moderated live. We will send you the access data and final information about the online tasting a few days before the tasting to the e-mail address you enter when ordering. The NORGIN in its most exclusive, noble form: This is our Barrel Aged NORGIN, which was stored for 5 weeks in a champagne barrel of the grape variety Pinot Meunier. A very special process in which the gin acquires its rich, red-gold color and is refined with the full, fruity aroma of champagne. The gentle distillation in the steam-infusion process and the maturation thereby ensure a unique, complex bouquet. The smell of this fine gin is soft, slightly woody and beautifully fruity. Through the aging process, the gin has exchanged a little of its sharpness for flavors of fruity cherry and anise. In the finish, the Nordic character of the NORGIN comes through again strongly; then the woody note of the barrel gently lays over it. 46% vol. at filling and a comparatively short aging time preserve the intense character of our NORGIN with the salty Queller, which convinces with 44% vol. after storage.
